About Me

Hello Everyone and Welcome! My name is Angela Martin. This is my first real effort at creating an entire website. I realize to some it won’t seem like much but I have put all my effort into it. I am currently attending Sinclair Community College with the goal of attaining a degree in web development. This class has been one of my favorites. I enjoy actually getting to see what I have accomplished when I’m done. It is my hope to continue my studies until I have my bachelor’s degree in web development.

This will be my second degree. My first is an Associate Degree of Electronics Engineering Technology which I received in 1984. Yes, before Windows… A couple of years ago I decided I was not happy with my career trajectory and decided to learn software development. After some time with C++ and Java, I determined web development was the direction I wanted to go in.

My Topic

The topic I have chosen for my website is my cats. I know it can sound dull, but living with them is not at all boring. Each one has his or her own distinct personality and they all have individual habits and tastes. I have had five cats for the past two years until recently, when my oldest, Rufus, passed about a month ago. He was 16 and I miss him terribly. My others are Gracie, Peanut, Rosie, and Max. I am going to tell you a little about each one. I hope you enjoy hearing about them.
